Enrollment

Plum Tree School serves children from the ages of 2.5 through 6 years old. Recommended guidelines for ensuring an enrollment process that facilitates a smooth transition for the family and teachers are:

Parent visits for first time to meet with teacher, ask questions, and view school;

Parent visits with child for second visit, remaining with the child, observing how child responds to environment and interacts with teacher and children;

Parent completes registration form with deposit to enroll child in school; parent and teacher create plan for child's start-up schedule. Forms include: Registration form, medical treatment authorization, child care agreement, parent consents, immunization record.

Registration forms must be completed before the child’s first day of attendance.
